Overview:

As part of our optimization team, you’ll be responsible for implementing (not designing), tracking, and optimizing split tests for our growing list of clients. You will take our various test designs (written sales copy combined with visual design elements) and make them a reality by writing the code to create the changes on their website. You will also be assisting our clients in setting up proper tracking so we can see the results of our optimization tests and media buying services. You will do this utilizing a combination of Google Tag Manager, facebook pixels, and other 3rd party software (IE. Hyros)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Create split tests utilizing our proprietary systems and process

Ensure split tests are set up properly and follow procedure

Ensure all design elements including written copy are set up appropriately and displaying properly in all formats IE desktop, mobile, tablet, etc

Proofread copy, content for clarity, grammar, and spelling

QA all proposed test prior to going live

Design basic images as testing elements for the page(s). This is a plus not required.

Report daily and weekly on progress and test metrics

Track and analyze data and make decisions/recommendations on next steps for testing

Code proposed page changes in CSS, HTML, and/or Javascript

Pull performance reports from clients systems to generate weekly reports (IE, FB and Google Analytics)

Set up tracking pixels/code events in clients systems

Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.

What It Takes To Do The Job:
Strong CSS and HTML development skills

Knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM tracking

Basic graphic design skills including knowledge of photoshop a plus but not required

Excellent verbal and digital communications skills

Ability to perform and understand the resulting metrics of split testing

Be savvy and proficient using Microsoft PC products

Willing to work in a contract capacity

Be able to interpret the data and make strong decisions based on the data

Strong technical abilities and aptitude to learn new technologies

Overview:

As a virtual ACCOUNT MANAGER, your primary objectives are to #1. Retain clients, #2. Strengthen relationships, and #3. Grow client revenue. To do so, you’ll need to be one step ahead of your clients. You must be fluent in all aspects of digital marketing and ecommerce including: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various social media & SaaS platforms.  

 
You’ll be the primary point of contact for numerous Sawtooth clients. You will facilitate and coordinate all activity and tasks with internal Sawtooth personnel and divisions, as well as, the clients’ team(s). As the main point of contact, you’ll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, tracking, reporting, monitoring, and communicating performance of all aspects of client engagements with Sawtooth Media Group. Hitting timelines and objectives are critical to our success. 

Compensation: Salary plus incentive.

Job entails:
Coordinate & monitor the maintenance, upkeep, accuracy, integrity, and security of several databases/repositories 


 
Manage and coordinate Sawtooth personnel and client calendars and schedules
 
Coordinate client deliverables with Sawtooth bandwidth
 
Set and manage realistic expectations and deadlines  
 
Ensure compliance with Sawtooth process and procedure
 
Maintain basic data and financial tracking and reporting across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.)

Overview:
Sawtooth Media Group is one of the fastest growing digital marketing agencies in the country. Our clients include both new and established e-commerce brands expanding into the global market. We’re looking for a data-driven e-Commerce media buyer that knows how to drive conversions for growing brands. This person is extremely detail-oriented, obsessed with testing, and knows how to manage both small and large budgets across a variety of platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, & Google).

This is a contractor position at a fixed monthly retainer, with the potential for growth into a full-time role based on individual performance and company needs.

Compensation:
Base pay plus performance incentive.

What You Need To Do The Job:
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset!

2+ years of experience managing Facebook ad accounts, ideally in a variety of industries and/or ROI oriented objectives. Successful e-commerce
campaigns a must.

Deep understanding of Facebook’s ad ecosystem and ability to tailor
strategies to clients with different products, objectives, and budgets.

2+ Experience with Google Ads

Data-driven, analytical, and a systems thinker

Some Of The Things You’ll Be Doing:
Develop a strategy and execution for a variety of ROI-focused campaign objectives

Optimize ad targeting, creative and bidding to maximize campaign performance

Design the customer journey including the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel, customer Lifetime value, etc

Monitor performance of campaigns and make changes as needed to maintain continued results

Compile comprehensive, easy-to-understand ROI reports for clients monthly

Keep team members & clients updated on the latest developments and status of campaigns

Stay up to date on the latest developments in Facebook and Google Ads, tools, and feature
